These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, workshops, events, and collaborations offered by Kaiya Studios, based in The Hague, The Netherlands. By booking, attending, or collaborating with Kaiya Studios, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Invoices must be paid within the stated payment term. Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the workshop or event will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or event are non-refundable.

• If Kaiya Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical issues, force majeure), participants may choose between a full refund or transferring their booking to a new date.

minimum participants

• A minimum of 5 participants is required for each workshop.

• Kaiya Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met.

• In such cases, participants may transfer to another date or request a full refund.

liability

• Participation in workshops and events is at the participant’s own risk.

• Kaiya Studios is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

• Kaiya Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit.

• Clients are responsible for informing Kaiya Studios in advance of any allergies, health issues, or special requirements.

intellectual Property

• All creative concepts, workshop materials, and designs provided by Kaiya Studios remain the intellectual property of Kaiya Studios.

• They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

force majeure

• In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control), Kaiya Studios may postpone or cancel services without liability.

privacy

• Client details will only be used for communication and booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

photography & media

• Kaiya Studios may take photos or videos during workshops and events for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing in advance.

governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

• Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Hague.
